I'm really happy with Printful so far! I feel genuinely excited to design, test and offer products to my collectors designed with my paintings! Good quality so far, good customer service, and fun!

I used this app for almost two years during which time it was getting worse and less competitive all the time.

Pros:
Good print quality
Easy to use interface
Fairly good selection of products

Cons:
Arbitrary and incoherent content policy
Inconsistent and often slow turnaround times (even before Covid-19)
Slow and mostly unhelpful customer service
They are among the most expensive pod platforms

So far so good, no issues.
It makes it easy to connect and update things.

I really enjoy the quality of the products at Printful. The products are more expensive than other POD vendors, which is the only downside. Their customer service is responsive and that is appreciated.

Very positive experience and happy with the overall output.
The integration was simple and fast and very easy to set up.
The margins are ok, once i figured out a good shipping rate model.
Helpdesk was very easy to reach and responsive and Printful has a ton of options in terms of products.

I have about 40 choices on my website, and most have been well reviewed.
Only 1 product order was messed up ...

They use to be good...now they are terrible. Over a month to complete 1 order. I moved my shirts from them because of this. They will cost you customers. Absolutely horrible service since COVID 19. Every vendor is experiencing delays but their delays seem longer. I have orders from May 25 that are still untouched.
