Printful：オンデマンド印刷

I used this app to make my design become a reality, the quality of the clothes and the way it prints my logo is also quality. The shipping is fast, I also love how you can use your logo on the packaging it makes our customers feel more secure and confident on buying from my store.

After having installed several other apps that do print on demand, Printful is by far the most user friendly interface. While other UX's in this category are very clunky and not intuitive, there is a logical progression through every step in the design process here. I use this app for a few of my Shopify Plus stores and my only complaint is that I will get customers that send me photos of crooked ...

They have a good service the only problem I have with them is their prices for their shirts are high . I wish that they would come down on some of their prices so I won't have to charge so much for my products.

The store does have great products and is very useful. However, the measuring tool is off-centered and has been shipping with the logo out of place which is ultimately affecting our customers. Aside from that, the customer service for Printful has not been helpful and very argumentative. It is a shame because I do enjoy this app.

Very difficult to edit designs on the app

Great to work with. It can take a while to get from USA to Australia (up to 20 days) but the quality is something I can proudly put my business name on. I especially like the custom packing slips at no extra cost. Shipping rates are fair. I wish they had a currency converter so that I can stop using Google to translate what USD is in AUD. Would love to see this in the future.

Good design. Response to queries is poor though, kept you wondering what and when especially during COVID-19. Designs are discontinued for many colours. The app flow is cumbersome despite good UI.
