Printful: Print on Demand

Printful is extremely overpriced and makes it very difficult for sellers to achieve a reasonable profit margin. The pricing would be easier to justify if the product quality matched the cost, but unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience.

The embroidery quality is disappointing — there is visible stitching and white backing showing, which makes the finished product look cheap. The overall product quality also feels lower than expected. I also ordered a bag as a test product, and the material was so thin and transparent that it felt like it could tear easily. I am trying to leave a review so others are aware, but it won't allow me.

On top of that, after placing a test order, I was charged $80 in duties, which adds another unexpected cost for both sellers and customers. Overall, the pricing does not seem to reflect the quality or the additional fees involved

As a complete newcomer to online selling and dropshipping, Printful's integration with my Shopify store did so much to ease my workload and make the sales process seamless. I like how intuitive the UI is andthe customization options make finding your perfect style very easy.

They've been sending my prints over seas with no protective cylinder. And their print quality is awful, according to customers who have left me reviews. Do not work with them.

let me rate it for a while i will change it if they fix the issue about the failure of displaying the product which I customized though it made me wait for hours, but still not displaying later.

While the cost to ship and house the products are high you get what you pay for. The products are truly high quality coming from a store that has sold hundreds to unknown customers and if you have any issue you can chat with customer support and they will replace the products for you quickly and easily. They also have a lot of diversity from coasters to mugs to apparel and coming out with new products frequently.

Good integration--gives you lots on control on both the storefront and the backend. Super satisfied with the shirts that have been printed. Crisp designs and colors.

EDIT: Now that I've printed multiple products, I'm noticing color and print variation between shipments. I'm having issues editing my designs across different variations--time consuming.

I have been unable to save a product that I design for some time now. I dont use this app regularly and actually want to start using it more but for some reason, no product that I design gets saved it just keeps spinning and spinning-- literally for hours on end.

Printful made it incredibly easy to launch my first product. The interface is intuitive, pricing is transparent, and the ability to sync directly to Shopify saved me so much time. As a faith-based creator, I appreciate how straightforward the process is—no hidden fees, no confusion. Highly recommend for anyone serious about building a brand without inventory headaches.

The ease of use is phenomenal. Running an e-commerce store can be overwhelming, especially if you are new to the industry. We have recently purchased samples and found the work that Printful does to be of exceptional quality.
