Well honestly the experience is rough, both of you charge so much, like really 1 shirt is like 80 dollars, its ridiculous, shopify does nothing to help they just talk your money, make a report do nothing like no call service cuz they know people would be calling all the time complaining, its like no one can be successful, its insulting.
you need to lower your prices and you need to start paying me because it polpe like me that truly use your service.

Please note that there are no hidden transaction fees for any of our orders, and we extensively test all our products to ensure the best possible quality for the product and the print. Our prices also reflect our 24/7 support, free clipart, designs, mockups and option to edit the designs with our generator.
Integrates so well with Shopify! Within a few minutes I can set up a new product online. Love it!

This process is as easy as can be. They really make the process of linking items to your store simple and straight forward. The ease of use of this on the computer really helps take your merch to the next level.

Seems like there is no (or low) quality control. Sample products arrived with ink errors, faded prints, and misalignment issues. Make sure you demand all your orders to customers get MANUALLY checked because the default QC process in place is not satisfactory.
Once reported, customer service was quick to reprocess and re-ship, but they could have saved both themselves and me time and money with proactive quality control.
