I am enjoying the interface and customer support. I hope to get my live rates issue resolved soon and then 5 out of 5 for me.
4 stars only cause we can't integrate all of the products into the store
The app is good but the prices are WAY WAY WAY TOO HIGH. $30.00 wholesale for a t shirt and you are supposed to sell for $40.00? Really? Too bad because I like the app.
Been very happy so far. I look forward to continue working with Printful
Seamless integration with Shopify!
So happy that Printful exists! I sometimes have issues with the way the colors turn out when I receive my clothing (colors don't always match my designs), but otherwise, Printful's products and support team are super lovely :)

Really needs to work with shopify to make adding design variants easier. If I wasnt so bored and frustrated with that one aspect I would proabably give these guys 5/5. Great quality shirts.
I used the app for my new online t-shirt store and it's really great! The more I learn the better it will be! Printful is a great app for getting started.

Every order Ive done has taken over a month to ship to customer.Very slow fulfillment process, but the website says shipping and production will only take 12 days.

We definitely understand that the current events have not been easy for many businesses and people, and we are doing our best to continue providing our services to our customers. As for most businesses out there, we have not expected the effects of Covid-19 and how it would limit our resources.
