Everything has been wonderful for the two years (every single day) of making creations on Printful.....except for recently when I switched phone numbers...thus making my Apple ID log in that was associated with the old number..damn near impossible to get into. overall it's been fine, but I keep getting customers telling me they can't purchase because thier address isn't accepted. It appears to be a printful issue somewhere.

Although the printing quality is great, the prices with Printful are too high. When compared to other print-on-demand companies that offer the exact same thing, it's at least twice the price.

Great quality products and prints look great. Just not enough of the products I want to sell. Need more options for home goods. Such as, hand towels (Poly/cotton), dinner plates, serving utensils. Prices are a little high but they do have great print quality for the price.

Easy to use and create product designs, basic features are good enough for me however I am sure that the premium features would give an extra boost but cannot justify paying more for already high product costs.
If you provided the "premium" features for free that would naturally translate to more merchant sales and more profit for you anyway. Seems greedy to me to then ask for a subscription when ...

When it comes to altering print files and changing inside/outisde labels, your site is slow and clumsy. there is no easy way to just (a) change inside/outside logos and (b) do it without a dozen extra step. Updating inventory is a NIGHTMARE
