Always glitching. It’s so frustrating finishing a long project just to see an error report and i have to restart over so many times, would be a great app if those errors will stop or even if they make an auto save featurethat saves your project along the way

Seems like there is no (or low) quality control. Sample products arrived with ink errors, faded prints, and misalignment issues. Make sure you demand all your orders to customers get MANUALLY checked because the default QC process in place is not satisfactory.
Once reported, customer service was quick to reprocess and re-ship, but they could have saved both themselves and me time and money with proactive quality control.

We're always trying to improve this and make sure we get as close as possible to zero mistakes in our fulfillment process. Ok APP, Glitchy at times and delayed with uploading to store. no feedback in upload process.

stock issues drive me bananas. Also certain items are not available. I don't want to have two different partners. i want to keep things simple. So I may switch altogether.
Printify has nicer totebags. their cards don't have ugly codes on the back of them (a complete dealbreaker). I kind of don't like their scattered vendor options, it seems complicated whereas Printful keeps it simple. But I'm still considering switching over before I become too invested in Printful.

Wide-Leg Joggers for 38€ + digitalization + blablabla. It's good quality yes, but it's not Prada. Beyond expensive.

I've used Printful for a week now. Here is my feedback:
- You won't get rich of your t-shirts unless you mark up the price by x3 or x4 = Meaning selling at $60 or $80 (somehow after they're done charging you for shipping and taxes, etc, you'll be left with nothing.)
- The website to create the t-shirts and designs, is glitchy and backward.
- I ordered some of my own shirts to check the quality, I'm in Canada, but somehow they are now shipping from Europe. Go figure.
I could go on and on...
I wonder if the execs/CEO are actually using their own system. They should.
