Pricing is too high in order to make it profitable and fulfillment and shipping time takes too long. The quality of the products is ok.
I personally love the app. Very accessible and the products are great. Building my business has been smooth using Printful.
I used the app to start my online store. The integration with Shopify went very smoothly and quickly.
This app would be better if there was a system in place that deleted the "out of stock" variants automatically, while letting the store owner know

There really needs to be a better way of approving a design change by Printful Design team. I was confused about how to approve the changes so I do not know if it went through. Thank you.

Tres bonne application et très bon fournisseur tout es simple mais le seul problème c'est qu'il n'y pas de veste et on ne peux pas personnaliser le vêtement intégralement

Very good at the very first, but no reply afterwards. Especially the warehouse , no reply reply over 10 days

I primarily use this app to create all my T-shirts and other products. I love the personalized labels that is delivered with my product. I would be nice if the offered multiple colors for ALL products, especially the tote bags.

Best POD company I have used, especially during Q4. Fast processing time and the quality is fantastic. I have never had a customer complain. The only downside is the pricing. Higher than most others. It's worth it with the great customer service and product quality. Now if I could only explain that to my customers when I have to charge more than most.
