I like this a lot, but if I could change one things it would be the product options. I can't add hats or leggings to my store. If I could do that I would rate it 5 stars for sure.
I ordered my products from them on October 28th 2020 and it is now December 6th 2020 and I still haven't received them.

I would like the integration on the printful side where I can edit the mockups without having to delete and read the item to your store.

I enjoyed using the app. Had a brief hiccup with the steps needed for fulfillment. The real issue is regarding tax. For some weird reason, I have to pay tax as a reseller to states other than the one I reside in. I purchase from manufacturers all over the US, but as a reseller, you should never have to pay tax. I contacted customer service and all they did was refer me to a link on their site.
Hey there! Thank you for your feedback. Printful has nexus in 38 states, which means that we are legally required to pay sales tax for everything that we sell to you that goes to one of these states. If you are a reseller, you can submit a resale certificate to us, including alternative documents to cover other states, and we won't charge you sales tax for those states. I like how easy it is to connect items to the store. Printful makes it easy to create items and add creativity. I wish when designs were updated on printful they would update on the store.
Très bonne application, mais mieux à faire dans la gestion et des modifications de produits, ou la latence pourrait être plus rapide. Les mockups sont parfois pas centré d'ailleurs.
Very easy, and you can make adjustments to the listing before submitting it to the store.
Not enough Items sent over
Terrible customer service, long wait times for products. I was using them for a while then decided to find another printer.
