Wonderful app, easy to use. I prefer using the full site than the app in shopify, but the iteration is pretty seamless. It's easy to upload & create designs.

The best advice: order sample product. I ordered four samples, a T shirt, two kinds of sweatshirts, and a mug. Of those, only *one* was to a decent standard. The mug had a misaligned/blurry print. The T-shirt had color bleed thru, because they don't use a white undercoat for dark colors. The Sweatshirt was the same (on black), and the print itself was blurry as heck in places. Customer service was wishy-washy, and only after repeated attempts was it suggested that "we might be able to do better". Other suppliers are not nearly as problematic, though, not all product through all suppliers are created equal. So, again, order test product!!!

Ultimately, they refunded the purchase for the three screwed up items, but I can't in good conscience use or recommend them.

I would definitely recommend this app - being on the customer side I have used several. This one is easy!

I'm having a terrible time with the integration of printful and shopify with my own domain. Been charged for 4 months I think now and still no shop up and happening. I can't honestly recommend it as yet.

It does what it's supposed to, but I would have preferred a little more integration, so I wasn't having to fill out all of my products in Shopify, and then mapping them all one by one in Printful.

Also, required complaint that the paid features aren't also free. But otherwise great.

Really like the app and the quality of the products were worth the cost until the pandemic started. Orders took a month to receive, the quality was crap and when argued with them about the quality they told me that for their backup facilities it was still good enough. I can't sell new products that look like they came from a donation store after 10 years of wearing and washing. Very disappointed with their customer service.

Since we are using printing services of back-up facilities to help us manage the order volume at this time, there might be some slight differences from the quality you might be used to when receiving products from us directly. The back-up facilities were selected based on their quality and speed to ensure that they can provide products and service which are up to our standards. I can definitely understand that it might not be pleasant to receive a product which is not the same quality and your feedback on this experience is definitely useful to us.
We also offer the option to opt out of back-up facility fulfillment in your Printful account -> Stores -> View store -> Settings -> find "Orders" under the Settings section, and uncheck the box for fulfillment at back-up facilities. With this, your orders will be routed for fulfillment to the most convenient facility from the options you have left enabled in your settings.

I see our customer service team has assisted with resolving the situation with the received order.

Printful is VERY BAD at customer service. When asking about shipping dates and confirming delivery times with staff on more than one occasion.. packages were delivered late to customers after being promised they would be delivered on time and no refund was provided to us or our customers. Nor a solution to reship products on time after discovering they would be late.

CEO was of no assistance or help and does not see value in customer relations.

i use this app to help me start my clothing brand , i dont like the size of the printing area and i wish that you fix this problem

No consistency in throw pillow color with the print file I send. Colors always come out completely different. Stitching is already loose in some of the samples I just ordered. It's a shame because I really like the pillows. I won't be ordering from here again.
