Easy to use. Multiple options to choose from. Love that i can add my own graphics to anything, and the rest is taken care of - super easy.
Very Beginner Friendly! Best way to start a new business without an investment in 2022-2023! I would have done this a long time ago had I known it would be this easy.
Printful is very simple to use and works very well with Shopify

I have been using printful for a while now and i love how easy it is to use, i quit using printify, even though it was cheaper, they did not carry as many variants as printful and Printful’s quality of the items is superb. I understand due to the pandemic, shipping has not been that great, however my client received his mugs on time. So, so far i have no complaints.

Since COVID-19 their customer service has been non-existent. If you try emailing them they take 1 week to respond. Their delivery times has been extended by a ridiculous amount of time. Their support chat has been turned off all of a sudden. Overall a very poor handling of the COVID-19 situation.

We are encountering fulfillment delays due to the situation with Covid-19, but we are working as fast as we can to fulfill all orders. Since we are encountering a higher order volume than expected, we are also receiving more messages. There is a slight delay in our response times at the moment as well, but you should expect to hear back from us with 24-48 hours. Our chat option also operates at a limited capacity and you may notice it is unavailable sometimes as we try to catch up with an existing queue and emails.
