Service is unmatched. Everything I ordered and my customers order from my store and Printful is always worth it, Fastest shipping service if you ask me. Great Company to be with.
Extremely slow, shameful quality of printing and merchandise and abysmal customer service. I have no idea who can possibly be giving these jokers good reviews.

Our estimated fulfillment time is 2-5 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and shipping, but we do our best to get the orders out as soon as possible.

This is the best way to run a shop online, without any of the stress of taking the risk of storing and shipping products, even just printing them out.
Your prices are too high on all your items. There are other outlets that perform the same things that charge less. Also, your limited variety is a problem.

We realize that the prices we offer might not be suitable for everyone, but we consider them fair taking into account that they include print and fulfillment, and they also help to cover such features as our mockup generator and the free integrations with multiple e-commerce platforms that we offer. We also do not have any subscription fees that you would be charged for using our services so you can invest more in developing your store and brand. We do review the prices of our products and features and the prices are decreased whenever possible.

Good app with quality products and printing. My only complaint is that at times it can be soooo slow. I've had items "Synchronizing" for half an hour or more.
WARNING: NEVER INSTALL PRINTFUL IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER MOD OF POD APPS INSTALLED.
Installing Printful with OTHER MANUFACTURING ON DEMAND OR PRINT ON DEMAND vendors can destroy the shipping profiles. If you uninstall both, Printful will recreate the shipping profiles, but you lose your whole catalog of designed products on Printful and according to the company, the only option is to recreate them.
Never uninstall Printful or you will lose your designed products. While their support was attentive, they have no way to restore your store's products on their platform - they apparently do not make any backups. Poor design.
Additionally, as we have seen, any order that contains a PRINTFUL product and someone else's may reject the shipping address.
WE HAVE DISCONTINUED THE USE OF PRINTFUL.

Printful can co-exist with other POD platforms, however, it is true that if you uninstall the app, it would remove the sync and you would have to re-create the items from scratch. We would advise saving your products as Product Templates first, in case you need to adjust your settings/plugin. You can also add this feature request here: https://www.printful.com/feature-request.

I’m starting to use printful and it’s really easy to use. I have already ordered some of the products and the quality is the best.
It really is pretty seamless. I only wish you could edit a product design after it was posted to your store, without having to just post it completely over again.

Please note that you can edit the print file as well as pricing, description, mockups in Printful directly by clicking on that product. For design changes, tick in Bulk edit or individual variations and click Change print file.
You can also edit some product features through Shopify like description, pricing, mockup placement.
