Very difficult to navigate. Printify is way easy. Easier to speak to someone and track shipments. Easier to make apparel in the app. I’ve been pulling teeth with printful. There’s really no contact and little info on orders. No tracking provided.
The whole app and Shopify is complicated with Printful. We have 3 stores and we all agree. The models are also terrible. I really wish this was an easier process

I found this app to be quite difficult to navigate and not user-friendly. The interface is confusing, and simple tasks like uploading designs or customizing products take more time than they should. It lacks clear instructions, making the process frustrating for new users.
While the product options are decent, the overall experience feels clunky and inefficient. Improvements in design and usability would make a big difference.

I like the convenience of prihtful, but I printed some shirt and the ink ran off and started to peel, some of the shirts lost their color also. I charge 30.00 for the shirts and need better quality, is there a way to make the shirts last a little longer than less than a year?

the shipping is really slow and it doesnt give exact times on delivery. Had angry customers because of the unclear instructions of when the delivery was to be.

- Shopify integration is REALLY seamless.
- Upfront about costs
- Process from purchase to shipping is very transparent
Things I HATE:
- I'm using Shopify and Printful together and if I take more than 10 minutes to 'design' a product, Printful times out and discards EVERYTHING I was working on, no matter how close I was to finishing. There's no "Save This Design" feature so I can't save it knowing I'll be taking some more time. I've lost half a dozen designs this way already. It's so frustrating and is now the reason I am going to be looking on Shopify for other apps they have to handle this part of my business.
If not for that one feature, I'd be very happy with Printful.

Becareful when transferring product to your shopify. It glitches or puts base price instead of your retail price. Lots of glitches the past few days.
A Live customer support option NEEDS to be available. It’s pretty frustrating having to deal with chat or email.

I've used Printful for 4 years and while their Shopify integration and online interface is top notch, easy to use and far superior to their competitors, their products and service are a mixed bag. You definitely have to test individual items and stay on top of every order. Some things, like their unframed prints, are great. Other things, like their shirts, are not a quality I could comfortably charge anyone money for. Still others, like hats, are sometimes great, and sometimes bad. Their biggest struggles seem to be customer service and shipping, which have gone drastically downhill in the last year. Customer service, if for anything more than a replacement for a faulty order, often seems to have language issues in understanding details and situations, leading to days of back and forth before getting resolved or given up. Packages often take longer to deliver and seem to disappear for a day or two in the midst of tracking their progress, especially since they have switched to DHL. Orders from California are almost always good, those from North Carolina often seem to have more problems. When an order arrives faulty, they do make it up quickly with a replacement or refund. That said, these are the big guys with tons of customers. They've been around longer than their competitors and aren't going anywhere, but it feels like they keep growing and somehow never get over their growing pains. They aren't awful; they're worth using, but be sure to test each product first, and don't rely on them as your only product source.

Do not like it preferred the way it was before the new updates very difficult to get to for templates.
