An excellent app with good collection and response time is very good.

The team also gives timely feedback on the designs and logos in case they affect the quality of the print or embroidery.

Without Printful I don't think my store would be where it is today. Product sync is a must use and shopify integration is a snap.

Works great. Very easy way to get started in the merch business with very little overhead required by the seller.

Great to work with. It can take a while to get from USA to Australia (up to 20 days) but the quality is something I can proudly put my business name on. I especially like the custom packing slips at no extra cost. Shipping rates are fair. I wish they had a currency converter so that I can stop using Google to translate what USD is in AUD. Would love to see this in the future.

just a few points against Printful is the price for the shirts and no optiions for jackets , polos and button-down shirts

I recently had issues with their customer service and the alignment in one of my samples but was satisfied with the level of professionalism when they followed up via email investigating the problem and sharing feedback with their team. I'm happy to choose them as a main provider to my new store.
