Not only does their quality of shirts look like it came from a Chinese sweatshop that has chimpanzees running it, the speed of getting your orders getting to your customers is 20x anything they say. These europeans don’t know how to do business, their margins are insane, and they have absolutely no way to contact them or their crumby support. Save your reputation as a business and delete Printful from your Shopify store because its absolute TRASH.

Great idea, bad implementation. The good reviews on here are from people who have never seen the finished product or are ignorant to printing.
50/50 on customer service and the print quality is horrible. For the price you would hope for high quality. Unfortunately to save a couple bucks their printer is set to use minimal ink and it shows on the final product.
If you don't care about quality and are not looking for much profit this is a great resource for you. If you want quality, strike a deal with a local screen printer, the smaller shops are always willing to bargain and you will pay a 1/5 of what these guys charge. That adds up quick, after selling 5 shirts through Printful and turning a meager 20 to 30% profit you could have bought locally and made an 80% profit margin and paid 1/2 for shipping.
Shipping is $5 for a shirt! I pay $2.50 myself and they have bulk discounts!!
The little profit you get is still getting whittled down.
I hope someone else does this right, I could really use the service!
I am sad to report I was very disappointed in getting an account with Printful. I read all these great reviews and high expectations and when I got my clients 1st order it was wrong. They order a men's small. The shipment came in as a youth small. Very disappointed. Looks like we will be not using this company no more.

Awful customer support been trying to get order shipped for almost a month now and they just give me the run around. Also the prints are not the best quality and the tshirts come in smelling like vinegar.

We would also like to check in with you about your experience with our print quality. However, there may be a vinegar-like scent to the DTG printed products and this is completely normal. The scent comes from the pre-treatment solution we use for printing which helps the ink to adhere to the product and last a long time. The scent will wash out after a single wash.

For the love of god please turn off your order notification emails. Not all of us are using you for 100% of our products. I've turned off the notifications but, still, I get an email reminding me that all my new orders aren't synced through you.

Notifying our users about their orders and other updates in their account is important to us and we encourage enabling the notifications to be up-to-date with your account, however, these notifications can definitely be managed.
Order notifications can be managed for your store and also for your entire Printful account. If you'd like to manage notifications, you can do this by going to the Printful app -> Products -> Settings -> under Stores or My account choose Notifications.
In case you have any non-Printful products in your store, we suggest ignoring these items by going to the Printful app -> Products -> click "Ignore" for the products you wish to be ignored. By ignoring an item, we will not pull it in with an order if it's ordered in your storefront and you won't receive a notification about it. This will also help keep your Printful dashboard more organized with only Printful fulfilled orders.
If you prefer to not ignore these items, you can deselect the notifications for unsynced items in the Printful app -> Products -> Settings -> Orders -> uncheck the box for "Notify about unsynced orders".

almost everything is out of stock. gotta go elsewhere to do business. tried to support, but their reputation has been soured since the pandemic began. i cant sell anything using this service at the moment. frustrating. gotta re make my whole store.

These are extraordinary times for all of us, and the current situation with pandemic has caused some stock shortages industry-wise, we are continuously communicating with our stock suppliers and working on improvements. Keep in mind, some items are ordered on demand, which may add to the stock delays or cases when the items become unavailable unexpectedly. Pros: Easy to use
Cons: I ordered from them twice for a total of 6 shirts. I was only satisfied with 1 of the shirts I ordered. I called and voiced my complaints but they didn't really help me. For example, I sent a tag design to be printed on a shirt, I mistakenly picked a shirt that did not have a removable tag so what they did was print it on the outside back of the shirt. Granted, Printful tells you that they will print on the outside if the shirt does not have a removable tag. But it's pretty lame that no one would think, "hmm. Maybe someone made a mistake and we should notify him before printing a tag with sizes and washing instructions on the outside of this shirt." But no, they printed it and sent it to me. When I tried talking to my personal "guru" that they assign you, he wasn't able to help me at all. No one was. It was basically my fault. Basically, you are treated like a consumer and if you're serious about running a business, that's not a good thing. You need a partner you can work with that will take responsibility for their mess ups and that's just not Printful.
Absolutely Disgusted, NEVER USE AGAIN!
Where do I start? First of all, I ordered a custom all over print t-shirt from them on 21st of May, 2018 as I needed it for June 13th, 2018 The delivery stated that it would take 5-7 days delivery after fulfilment so I was calm and could wait, however it took 4 days for it to be fulfilled and then after that took and another 3 days for it to be sent out! Once it was sent out I received an email on the 28th of May saying that it has been sent out and they gave tracking so I was calm. They also mentioned that I should be receiving the package from 4th of June to the 11th of June which was extremely odd since they mentioned 5 to 7 days after fulfilment.
A few days went past and nothing changed from the tracking, it wasn’t even updating all until the 10th of June (that’s 13 days later!) where the tracking stated that the product was somehow going ‘from’ the country it should be delivered to.
I didn’t think of this much as I thought it was a mistake. A day went past where I checked again (bearing in mind Printful notified me that I should be receiving the package from 4th of June to the 11th of June) and as I checked, I was alerted by email notifying me that my product that I have been waiting for 3 weeks has been sent back to the factory in Latvia due to an issue. I was so furious as I was expecting the delivery on that specific day and after 3 weeks and it still not arriving, I was even angrier.
The fault they mentioned was that my address was invalid! There I thought I made a mistake so I checked the order details and realised that I DIDN’T make any mistake in my address field and that it was perfectly fine. They then wanted me to order it again and pay for the delivery. If the product was any cheaper, I would have just left it and wrote this bad review anyways but the t-shirt costed me a whopping £40 including delivery!
I can’t believe printful did this as it was my first time using them. I am NEVER using this disgusting site ever again! They took 2 weeks to tell me my product has been sent back! Does that mean it was sitting unattended for a week or more before it was sent back?
Long story short, thank you for listening to this review and hope it helped you think twice before you order for them. Also, if you are a country in Europe and are looking to dropship, forget using these lot, absolutely disgusting. Ordered from a European country to another and still isn’t here after almost a month! Imagine if it was a customer, I would have been getting so much hate for the time that Printful were taking up. How would I explain to them that Printful could not deliver after 3 weeks because they finally, somehow realised that there is an issue with the customer’s address?
My first order has still not been received by my customer nearly 1month after purchase. This is so embarrassing for my brand, their support has been useless in resolving the problem. I thought that they looked professional and had a good range of stock, how wrong... AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS
