Pros:
Great quality prints
Easy to use and sync
20% off samples
great selection

Cons:
Sometimes takes a week just to ship one shirt
PRICE!!! almost no room for profits which is a big deal

I love Printful's quality but I cant make any real profits when they are 3 to 4 dollars more than their competitors. I will still be using them for my more high detailed prints but for my basic prints I transferred everything to another supplier.

UPDATE: 24 hours after fulfillment was promised and no movement. The new customer service rep was unaware there were any problems and nothing had been flagged for review or production.

ORIGINAL: Great software, lousy fulfillment. We have used Printful several times this year for several hundred shirts. Their integration, set up, software, etc. is all amazing. It just works like it should. The problem is with fulfillment. For the holiday season we had several orders placed on hold for issues. When the issues were resolved, Printful just left them on hold. Several chats, emails and calls later — still on hold. Customer service rep couldn't tell us why. She also wasn't sure how to fix it. These customers won't be. getting their shirts in time for the holidays. Also, out of 100 holiday-season orders, we have had five customers sent shirts by other designers. By the time we could get a photo from the customer (Printful's request), the shirts reordered, etc., these customers too will no longer have them in time for the holidays. To the customers, we dropped the ball, not the transparent provider. So, no matter how good the software and set up is, if the customer service and fulfillment behind it falls apart, you need to find another print-on-demand provider.

I am a little discourage with the timeframe on the shipping my products. When my customer completed their order there was message regarding the due to COVID-19 shipping may take up to 6 weeks to get their order. I am hoping my customers won't get discourage over the long process to get their order.
I have to say so far the process of designing and getting my product up and ready is great!

For some product categories we are still encountering delays in production, but we hope to catch up with the order volume soon. I think that this app is wonderful! I'm no where near being a tech savvy person, but this app walks me through the whole process and even add helpful videos to guide me along the way. They even sent me an e mail because I wasn't charging the proper taxes for my products and my store isn't even open yet. To me that speaks volumes to Printful's desire to see me and assist me in succeeding in my up and coming E-commerce Store. Thank you Printful.

The order was charged, and they did not ship after 15 days. After 15 days I contact and they said it was out of stock. Did not have any email, notification about that?

I was able to locate the order and I see we had a stock delay from one of our suppliers. For products that are "restocking" we don't send an email notification.
