Very good and easy to work with, completely advise it, I don't find it very confusing, although it's a bit 'too much' in the beginning which is normal (too much information to deal with)

Hi, thank you for your review! We're very sorry to hear about your experience with us during this time! We understand that experiencing longer fulfillment and delivery times is not pleasant, and we hope the situation normalizes soon.
We are still feeling the effects of Covid-19 as we are still taking precautions at our fulfillment centers to make sure the health of our employees is not compromised. We have also been experiencing a higher order volume at this time and, paired with the Covid-19 restrictions and health recommendations, our fulfillment times have become longer. We are hiring more production staff and scaling up our equipment to help us manage the order volume much quicker.
We do apologize for the delays we are seeing at the moment and we hope to return to our normal fulfillment times very soon.

So far so good with using Printful. I have had amazing customer service and the staff is very knowledgeable and has helped me navigate through a lot of First Timer issues
Haven't even opened yet, but will be launching late now, because of a 20% QA failure rate on printing samples. Discolored tees, poor ink distribution, their in-house designers making unnecessary changes that look like sh!t without approval
Customer service has been pretty sh!tty, too -- the chat pop-up only appears on the site sometimes. Emails? Had to follow up over and over. When I called, I could barely hear dude because of his sh!tty headset flooding with background noise.
The reason for such a poor rate? They've been busy so their internal QA hasn't been checking as closely . . . like WHAT. Don't make that my f_cking problem.
This gets fixed this week or I'll be finding another printer stat.
I love this app because it makes easy to have products in the store for sales and would be cool to get to see more products in Printful

Impostors! There is no way that a business could be so successful with such mentally handicapped standards as their own. I can easily infer they are some kind of frauds. I showed them proof of how embarrassingly off they were in their production and they couldn't even give me a refund. If they do this on the very first try, it is a guarantee that they will try to pass on their mentally handicapped mistakes as my own. Their very high price is NOT justified with sloppy errors like that. They should consider going out of business for good. How do I know they aren't doing this just to force me to go out of business, so they can steal my intellectual property? They are very unprofessional, so much so, I think it was deliberate.
BE WARNED: I consider this yet another example of big business sabotaging small business. It fraud in my eyes.

I would love to see more products and accessories to choose from. The prices for the products are a little high.

As for our prices - we understand. They might be higher than those of other fulfillment companies, we trust that, along with the services and the quality products we provide, it’s an overall good investment!
The product prices allow us to ensure and constantly improve a variety of our services, product development, offer technical and customer support, as well as other services.
That said, we are working on lowering the prices of our products and services, while still retaining their quality, which is why we truly appreciate your feedback on this! :)

The App is pretty seamless to use. As a beginner I am able to navigate through options well uploading my images easily. The selections of tops offered are also great!
