Every order Ive done has taken over a month to ship to customer.Very slow fulfillment process, but the website says shipping and production will only take 12 days.

We definitely understand that the current events have not been easy for many businesses and people, and we are doing our best to continue providing our services to our customers. As for most businesses out there, we have not expected the effects of Covid-19 and how it would limit our resources. Our main goal was to keep our staff safe and continue to support businesses and fulfill our customers' orders. This was a very challenging time due to various restrictions and order volume we received. I like that this app it is very user friendly,prices are good just wish there were more products to choose from.

I'm trying to build an online store with soccer memorabilia. Printful app is helping me with almost everything.
Update: finally got an update from customer service. Asked to speak with the Chief Operating Officer, guy on the phone says," He is to busy to talk to you is there anything I can help you with?" I replied, I am the COO of my company and your customer and he is to busy to talk to me? Guy took my email address and blew me off.
Save yourself some headache and money hit delete now!!!
Where do I start… people who give five stars claim customer service? Where? I didn't get any… just emails from overseas that just frustrated me even more. As a small business owner I used this app on my shopify store to "save" money and in the end it has ended up costing more money in refunds and shipping and discounts to angry customers who now have a bad image of my company and has impacted my business for years to come. Do you know what Printiful has said to me? Sorry, we sent the wrong size. Your fault sir, our sight magically "even though we have sold the correct one before", like the stupid hogwarts theme we have for customer service magically sinked incorrectly. So we will not refund or replace.
What? Am I responsible for sinking the site once a week? Let's not forget that the design process was horrible. Explaining the same thing to 90 different email robots then asking how to get the Mock ups and final design to match without getting charged for another $10 art fee that I had already paid twice.
No help at all just blaming me. Well I'm a professional graphic designer who has been doing what I do for companies full time for the past 7 years and I have never worked with such a frustrating and disrespectful company in my life. App deleted. Lessons learned. These things suck.
Good design. Response to queries is poor though, kept you wondering what and when especially during COVID-19. Designs are discontinued for many colours. The app flow is cumbersome despite good UI.

Due to the increased email volume during the Covid-19 pandemic, we were seeing longer Customer Support response times. Our Customer Support team has worked diligently to make sure each inquiry has been responded to as fast as possible. As of right now, our response time is about one day. We're also starting to expand our chat availability to resume 24/7 live support in the near future.

I couldn’t believe how easy it was to integrate my existing Printful account into Shopify I highly recommend this app
Create products to sell online, by downloading my files that I create on canva. After the mockups, My designs get uploaded to my shopify store. The app is very easy to navigate for begginers such as myself. Allowing multiple products to be mocked up whould make this app out rank all the rest. Best Regards!
I love the concept, not sure if i understand the charges verses deposit.
The Best POD experience, the collection and quality offered are amazing. It helps to reduce the return rate as well as the brand reputation is maintained.
