Having continual problems. Printful customer service for incorrect orders is non-existent. Very hard to manage with them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We' re truly sorry that your experience with us hasn't been great, but definitely hope to improve it moving forward.
We looked over our communication with you and failed to find the concerns you mention, however we did notice that you've not replied to any of our emails, so it is possible that you're not receiving them.

VERY EASY TO USE FOR A BEGINNER, IM VERY IMPREST LOOK FORWARD TO SEE HOW THE REAL PRODUCT TURNS OUT. :-)
Incredible app! I had worries about the delivery and quality but (for now) they are as good as they say, no problems. And now they are adding great features such as backpacks. All over we are very happy with Printful, we only hope they add jackets, leather jackets, wind breakers and all over printed longsleeves or sweatshirts.

Gave it a try but sorry it's true new business owners...just turn the other way. I love their site, I was on my way to use only them for starters but the fulfillment time is horrible along with the shipment time. I guess I should have name the product Casper because the order vanished in thin air. the tracking number is stuck on pre-shipment label created and Printful swears up and down it is the carrier issue. When I contact them they tell me to contact my carrier. How can I do that if the carrier never received the item? This has been a disappointment but a turn in the right direction for business. I'm glad I discovered this hiccup early, I will no longer be using this vendor.
I LOVE PRINTFUL HAVE EVERYTHING AND MY CUSTOMERS REALLY LIKE THE QUALITY OF THE DESIGN AND SHIRT. IM NEW TO THE BUSINESS AND LOVE I CAN UPLOAD ALL MY CUSTOM DESIGNES TO FIT MY CLIENTS NEEDS.
I used this app to help me make a nice shirt for my store brand and I will be using this app to possibly start a clothing line in the future. I currently own and operate NightOwl Drones.
