Gave it a try but sorry it's true new business owners...just turn the other way. I love their site, I was on my way to use only them for starters but the fulfillment time is horrible along with the shipment time. I guess I should have name the product Casper because the order vanished in thin air. the tracking number is stuck on pre-shipment label created and Printful swears up and down it is the carrier issue. When I contact them they tell me to contact my carrier. How can I do that if the carrier never received the item? This has been a disappointment but a turn in the right direction for business. I'm glad I discovered this hiccup early, I will no longer be using this vendor.
Tip, for multiples of the same style, create a description and size chart snippet and render them in a for loop on the product template based on tags
J'aime l'intégration. 500% supérieur à celle avec Squarespace. Je ne trouve rien a redire pour le moment.
Fast production and shipping! My 1 complaint is that there joggers run small. The XL is more like a large. I also wish they had tapered joggers. my customers really want that style

We always recommend checking our size guide to find the most suitable size for you since sizing can differ between brands and even between products within the same brand due to fabric and cut.

The app has a bug its developers can't fix. Precisely, The shipping rate zone of Printful is empty, which means a customer can't complete the order, and my designed tees are worthless. I timely consult Printful customer support, and they can't do anything to fix it, and what they tell is waiting, waiting, and still waiting! I can't wait for two days! I tried to delete and re-install the app to restore its t-shirt shipping rates several times, and even deleted my Printful account and registered again. Still, nothing changed! Very frustrated! I have to repeatedly upload and design my products every time I re-install the app because the Printful dashboard doesn't offer the backup service! They are wasting my time.

Please note that once you connect your Shopify store with Printful, we push all of our flat-rate profiles to your Shopify account and we automatically assign the product to the right shipping profile. That means that usually there shouldn't be any problems with the profiles.

allover print does not provide full mock up picture. everything else is great
The actual product page didn't load the review page for me so I'm writing it here. Thank goodness I ordered a sample of the beanie I wanted to sell on my store (the Otto beanie). Not only did it come late, it came stuffed into a dirty parcel bag with no care or proper packaging, and the embroidery was GHASTLY. I wish I could attach photos here. Uneven, massive ripples in the beanie. I would be ashamed selling that to a customer. Their service also costs a fortune for businesses in Australia. Will never be using them again. Have contacted them for a refund, but upon reading some reviews here, will probably struggle to get my money back.

this is the worst company i have ever used! do not use printful to do any of your prints!!!! please save yourself the headache and never use this terrible terrible terrible company!!!!!!
Love you guys! Just wish I loved my web builder as much. I am now moving my shop to shopify... the ease of doing so is only increase my love!
