Printify: Print on Demand

If there is a "potential" problem with the order Printify customer service is useless.
I am a premium member. I know what the average printing time and fulfillment time per printer should be.
Sometimes orders are marked as pending, way beyond when they should have been fulfilled/shipped. That indicates a problem.
Printify, does not have a direct phone line to the printeres on their platform to find out what the problem is. Apparently they email the printer and tell us to wait for a few days until we, maybe get an answer.
That is unacceptable. When an Etsy customer is expecting the product to be shipped and its way beyond the ship date, Printify should have a direct phone/chat line to any printer they use, around the world, to find out what the problem is, and when the ETA of the product is to be shipped. I can then go back to my Etsy or Shopify customer and explain, diffuse the situation and if needed adjust the shipping time.
This for me would be a reason to deal directly with printers instead of with Printify (an Aggregator). If they fix this and tweak some things in the Product mockup area they would get a 5 Star review! Btw, for me they are still one of the best POD Print Aggregators out there, but I look forward to improvements!

In the POD space, it's hard to beat Printify - great product selection, a wide range of vendors to choose from, and a pretty smooth integration with Shopify. A+

The overall experience is pretty good. But I think the app lack some features aiming to more control over how to organize collections of products. The app should have the possibility for grouping products in folders or collections. This way users can have more control on how we organize and access the products we create.

The app is more flexible than you realize when you first start. You are focused on creating a design and putting it up in Printify, selecting mockups etc. The other tools that help you position, size and pattern are valuable. Like Canva, Kittl, Adobe Express or any other tool for POD, Printify has features you have to stop to learn how to use and understand them. While Printify’s design tools aren’t as comprehensive as platforms like Canva, Kittl, or Adobe Express, they still offer valuable functionality. It’s worth taking the time to learn how to use these features because they can make the difference in the quality and presentation of your design and products.

Printify has really made it easy to get into the ecommerce business. All my stores can be monitored from one place. I'm incredibly happy with the ease of set up to publishing to fulfillment. The product catalog is top notch, I can choose products that are within my customers' price ranges with a quality they have grown to expect.

I am just returning to the Shopify platform, but have used Printify in the past. So far, they are my favorite. Good shipping times, pricing, design ability, and customer service.

I created my first piece of engraved jewelry, and I was a nervous wreck to start. But I did it, and it was not hard: all the instructions were there for me. the mock up looks FABULOUS!

Great app for print-on-demand. The interface is user-friendly, product creation is quick, and the integration with Shopify is smooth. There is a wide range of products and suppliers, which gives flexibility depending on your budget. However, shipping times and order tracking could be improved. I would definitely recommend it!

Solid experience for our new store! Set up was easy, TONS of printables, hard for me to just stick to T-Shirts. Uploading and placement is a little scary, but they have all the tools to get it done right. Shirts are showing up to our customers right on schedule. So we give a solid 5 stars!

Combined with Canva for mockups and image work it is AWESOME. Keeping up with orders is a breeze. The product selections are varied, production and delivery times are fantastic. From start to finish this is THE app to use for POD.
