NO OTHER APPS NEEDED WHEN YOU HAVE PRINTIFY.
BY FAR THE EASIEST MOST EFFICIENT WAY TO GENERATE NEW PRODUCTS-- DROP SHIPPING STYLE.
So far, so good.... really like how quick and easy it is to create a product. I have yet to get an order yet after 1 day but I'll come back to review the fulfillment process afterwards.
I am very dissapointed in Printify. They mailed my customer 500 t-shirts that were ALL damaged. I have not recieved a response from customer service and I have lost money on this transaction becuase of their faulty products. Very poor customer service and products.

Our merchant support team is working 24/7 and in such an unusual case where 500 items were affected, an additional investigation might be needed. In all cases where items are delivered damaged, if the relevant photo or video evidence that supports the case is provided, we offer a free of charge replacements or refunds depending on the case. As this was a clear manufacturing issue and with your help sufficient evidence was provided, a refund has been issued for you.
We truly hope that this was just a one time case and that we can provide you with the 5-star experience all our merchants deserve!

I have used this app to help me create a variety of designs on my products. l find this app to be extremely useful and designer-friendly.
Printify is garbage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They cancelled my account without any warning...you can't get a direct answer from customer support! I had multiple orders that needed to be fulfilled and they left me holding the bag without any response.....I would not use this company to grow my store....they are inconsistent and their customer service is garbage....STAY AWAY FROM PRINTIFY ....Update 1/13/23 - I have submitted all documents to verify my account days ago. What I don't understate is why would Printify let me place multiple orders previously and not verify my account? Then out of the blue and without warning you ask me to send documents to verify my account!! I sent multiple emails with the required information to Printify... no one has responded to help me. When I talk with chat support they give me the same response..."They will forward my information to Merchant Support" .....WHAT???? No one can go into the system and look at my account to see what's going on??? REALLY??? Very unprofessional and complete chaos!! My customers have placed orders and my reputation is ruined because I can't see what is going on. I am an American merchant so my account should be easily verified.

We have checked this and it seems like there has been a misunderstanding. Your account is currently active and waiting for account verification. It is not the best user interface and it is confusing to have to sync its products. I think this is very time consuming. I am in Europe and have my customer group there and my customers are not happy when they order a T-shirt and it goes about 30 days before they get it, even though I have designed a T-shirt in the EU.
But they are good at answering and helping.

We would be very glad to hear your thoughts about what exactly could be improved in our interface (please send them to merchantsupport@printify.com). Moreover, we are upgrading our Mockup Generator's interface and functionality in the coming month. Maybe that will fix your feelings about the platform's usability.
Regarding delivery times, t-shirts are currently delivered from the US and UK. That's why it takes some time to get to your customer. If your customers are in Europe, we advise using only a UK print provider. Also, we are connecting more printing facilities in Europe very soon – so, delivery time should significantly improve for t-shirts by this summer.

I really like how easy it is to add my designs onto the shirts and post it on my shopify store. So far the samples that I received were really nice and I will definitely keep using Printify.
