They change the catalog so much. If you arnt on top of it non stop, it gets hectic with customers ordering items they have discontinued. Its rough. Yes, before the scamdemic this was true too. I've had my best sellers be yanked from the catalog a few times now. However I still prefer them over the ridiculous prices of printful and silly production times of chinese POD suppliers. Printify is still the best IMO but im still gonna be a sour butt about the one thing I dont like. Im human after all :)
We are sorry for the inconvenience created. In these uncertain times, our print providers are sending us information on daily basis on their available stock. In case some items are out of stock, they will show up as unavailable and if another print provider has the same product, the order can be routed to them. These Guys work better than other printers companies out there their customer care is amazing during Covid -19 it is been really hard for everyone and totally understandable and willing to do business back with them

I had previously left a review advising, I had received samples with low-quality products with poor quality printing and that the customer service could have been better. After leaving my review on Shopify, I was contacted by Printify Merchant Support Specialist. He acknowledged my issues and apologised for my experience. He continued to communicate with me until I received all my samples. Out of a total of 14 products, 3 of them were of very poor standard. I have since been refunded for those items, including the shipping. Because of the customer care, I have recently received, I decided I will run limited items with Printify as a test trial to see if the customer care and product quality is continued and consistent. I will also await reviews from my customers to see if they are happy with the quality and print of the products. I would recommend reading all the reviews, ordering samples, trying out their app and test trialing them to see if they are a good fit for you and your business.

We are sorry to hear about your experience with us. Due to COVID-19, our print providers have been experiencing increased volumes of orders an d that might have had an impact on quality. Nevertheless, we are working on solving this issue by adding new print providers in order to better manage the sales volumes. I'm a real store that's purchased sample shirts and made my first real sale with the shirts.

BAD:
1. Software is still new and may have bugs
2. Customer service not very assuring but I hope things will improve.
GOOD:
1. It's cheaper than other similar apps
2. Printify not only fixed the bug but also fixed the situation after 1/2 days
Overall it's a new app and I know there will be bumps in the road. Willing to give it another chance as long as they maintain a high standard in self-improvement and good attitude!
I like the app, is very helpful in printing and works well. But some times I have been disapointed about the quality of the product or printing colors as some of the colors are changed even thou I have specific instructions of not changes on product. It would be nice if the quality of the products could improve and the prices were lower, since there is not much marging on profit.
