4 stars only because I can't use your app on mobile. I have a samsung galaxy 7 edge and cannot add products from my phone. I prefer printify over printful for many reasons, but am forced to use printful many times because I can use their app on my phone to add new products and designs.. PLEASE fix this!! I have had to remove my business account because of this. But let me know when it is fixed and i will add it back!

Great customer service and a huge catalog with variety of products. Been using Printify for other projects as well and can say with confidence that I consider them to be a trustful, long-term POD partner.
Use this app to help with our t-shirt and apparel company. Makes it so much easier, which they had more options, such as pet items, but still a lot to choose from at good prices from multiple vendors.

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! I created +100 products using Printify, uploaded them on all my marketplaces, create adverting campaigns on facebook, google ads, I was exciting... until do a TEST ORDER and receive a tee with a design much small than the mockup showed on my store and ads. They said it was a supplier problem and all the products created using him could be printed smaller. After more than 1 week they didn't show a solution but I noticed people still can create products that can't be printed in the right size. Luckily I did the test order, because imagine if a costumer receive a product different than that one he saw and bought... Who will get a bad review? This is something can't happen when you're building a brand. VERY UNSATISFIED
So far so good, this app has been the easiest and the most fun one to use for shopify pod apps. I will update after I see how the sales process goes, thanks much!
A year ago I contacted Printify and expressed concern that all the kids models for the products that I was selling in my store were white. That was the default. My brand celebrates Black culture, so it's a bit inauthentic for me to have a white baby wearing a shirt that affirms Blackness. I asked customer service if there were Black models and they said no. One year later, nothing has changed. Sad.

We understand that it is important to have more diversity in models in our mockups/catalog. This is already in the process and are planning to add more mockups for adults and kids clothing and other items with people of different ethnicities. We sincerely appreciate your suggestion. I thought this would be a cool app. The first couple of orders were ok but they last one was terrible. I took months to get my shirts. When they arrived they arrived in different shipments at different times... like 5 shirts one time and then another 3 a week later. After one washing all of the printing peeled off. Terrible. Deleted from my store.
