I ordered $50 worth of items, one was sewn incorrectly and half the logo was cut off on the bag even though the template shows centered on my side, one of the t-shirt was unreadable right out of the box and the other t-shirt was fantastic but the first time it was washed faded to almost unrecognizable even though it was on delicate cycle. Horrible quality!
Printify Rocks the business plan cant be beat for creating products with a great profit margin..
This website is great, best site I've came across, really helps out for starting a new business. Keep the good work up.
Where's my review? I want to change my 1 Star review to 4 Stars. Actually, I did get a customer service representative to help me, the next day, after getting only links directing me to self help posts the day I installed the app. So, my first experience with Printify customer service was definitely not good and so was the second time I reached out to them. This time they couldn't give me accurate instructions to set up Printify shipping on my site. I watched the related video and read the post which by the way ends here: Step 4: "Finally, create a new zone in the Shopify shipping settings with all of the 240 countries available and add Printify in Calculated Rates". Does it say HOW to do that? No. Did the customer service representative helped to clarify that 4th step? No. His response was: "Thank you for the update, I have contacted my superior to look into updating our guides. Once we have more information about how to proceed, we will get back to you." I ended up getting help from Shopify. But, since then, my customer service experience with Printify has been good. It's only been a month. Only time will tell.
Hi there! Just letting you know that the article to which you were referring to has been updated. Thanks for the feedback! :)

This app is SO disappointing! If I could put 0 stars on it, I would. My simple goal was to put up 5 mugs for sale on my website, on a page that said, 'Mugs'. You cannot do that with this app. (and they don't clearly state that either.) They have it set up to have each design as it's own 'category'. SO that means a separate page for each design. I have over 20 designs. I cannot have 20 pages, one for each design! My customers would never find anything! I have to have 5 or 6 pages, one for each TYPE of product.
And, If this wasn't bad enough, this beta version does not have proper tech support. All communication must be done for email and it takes 24+ hours for them to get back to you. They don't even have live chat during business hours. Shopify should not have allowed this ridiculously designed and unsupported app to be among their choices. Seriously.
--------------
And here's my update from the above review 2 months later. I wish I could add another 0 stars.
Someone from Printify called me soon after I wrote the above review and told me the issue of 'collections' and being able to have a page of mugs, not a page for every design was now fixed. He sent me a follow up email (this is a direct quote from the email) saying, " I would greatly appreciate that you hold back your ass tore review until we guide you through the app and give us a second chance."
(I could hardly believe that that kind of language was used. Seriously? an 'ass tore' review? I was and am simply stating my opinion and experience with this company. Believe me, I am being nice here after hours of wasted time and tenacious focus to make this app work, and having no chat support, etc. And, I have to add, that the guy on the phone gave me a # to call if I had any Qs or wanted help learning the app. I called that # twice and left a msg both times asking for assistance and NEVER received a call back. )
So earlier this week, I gave the app another try. I had no reason to doubt the person who called me saying this glitch was fixed. I went forward in full faith that I could now sell 5 mugs on a page named 'mugs'. I tried and tried and could not get it to do what I needed, so I emailed them, sure that I was missing something. (they have no live chat, remember). Of course that also meant that I could no longer work on this area of my business while waiting for their reply, but I was still looking forward to knowing how to do this. The email reply came this morning (surprise! a first! a response within 24 hours). AND. Drumroll. The response was: "Each uploaded artwork is a separate collection. Therefore, different mugs cannot be in one collection." and of course, the obligatory, "If you have any other questions, I will be happy to help you."
I DO have other questions. Why did someone call me and tell me the issue was fixed? Then why did that same person email me ask that I take off my 'ass tore' review and then give me a phone # to call and never return my messages? Why did Shopify allow this app? Who goes to a store and wanders all around looking for products organized by the artwork on it? (tip - people don't usually do that, and no profitable store is set up that way. If you want a mug, you go to the section of the store that carries mugs! It's not rocket science.) Why have they not updated their text on their app to explain what can and can't be done? and, WHY even try to use this app if it won't let you display the products in a way that makes sense to the customers?
Lastly, I have to say that I had to go with the different app: 'Printful' to produce my mugs. They're more expensive but they have much higher integrity, helpful phone support during business hours, email support anytime and excellent customer service. My customers are happy and I'm happy as to how promptly Printful has reordered and sent out with priority when they've made a mistake.
editting system is simple and makes it easier to upload your designs.
DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY, AND THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO HELP YOU. If I could, I would give them zero stars! I signed up for an account in July. They allowed me to make multiple products, order multiple samples and place products on my website to be available for purchase. Fast forward to November, they send me an email saying my account is under review for verification failure. I verified my email according to the instructions in their settings. They are demanding me to show them the following: 1. Picture of yourself holding a valid ID or passport 2. A valid proof of address – such as a utility bill (water, electricity, internet), a bank or a credit card statement, or an insurance letter (invoices are not accepted). Your name, address, and date (no older than 3 months) must be visible. 3. Credit card/s used under your account – to provide evidence of the associated card ownership, please send us a photo of yourself next to each card that was used on your Printify account. For security reasons, please make sure to hide all digits apart from the last four digits of the card number and cover the 3 digit CVC number. I basically told them no, because it is an extreme invasion of privacy, not to mention a huge inconvenience and disruption to my business. I've already ordered multiple samples and placed the products on my website to be available for purchase. I've completed the email verification under the settings menu. These things should be enough verification without you needing to see my personal information, and putting my finances at risk while handling such sensitive information. They suspended my account, and I will never do business with them again! And you shouldn't either!
We are sorry to hear about your experience. This is not the service we want to give to our customers.
We have investigated this, and unfortunately, we were unable to help you further as you refused to cooperate with our mandatory verification procedure. Such verifications, including KYC (Know your customer), are vastly used in the e-commerce and finance sector to provide a safe environment to its users. Though, our platform is very secured, we can not guarantee who can access the account from your end. This way, we can provide better security to you and make sure that online fraudsters will not be able to try to access your accounts.
We understand that this is not always convenient, however, as a responsible company we are bound to provide a safe and secured environment for all the users. In such situations, the merchant has the right to withdraw their consent or continue cooperating with the verification. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this matter.
Placed an order on 8-6-19 and it still hasn't made it through production yet as of 8-15-19. The company has not been responsive, I can not get a hold of anyone for updates, and it seems as though there is a block between the customer and production location. Since they do not allow refunds or cancellations I'm forced to eat this order. I'm sticking with Printful as they have always made the process run smooth.
We are very sorry to hear about your experience with us, but our team has been trying to reach you out for a while but cannot get a hold of you. We would appreciate if you could get back to our emails so we can make thing right for you.
I'll admit, the first month of using this app was amazing. But it has gone downhill fast. Yes, it's extremely easy to use and allows orders to be sent off to production immediately after it's placed on your store, BUT it has so many weaknesses where Printful beats them out. Customer service never wants to help resolve issues either. This is coming from a customer who has used them for 2 months for over 150 shirts.
1. Everything is sub-contracted and nothing is actually printed by Printify. They take there monthly payment and really don't care about ensuring your satisfaction.
2. Some orders can take up to 14 days to fulfill. I've had this happen multiple times. I've refunded over 10 orders because of slow shipping times and taken the loss myself, Printify won't help on that front.
3. Once your order is in production (which can take only 10 minutes after an order is placed) they don't allow you to change your order. Whether its a cancellation, changing shipping address, or etc, they won't help. I've lost so much money just because of this it's not even funny. Have you ever ordered something and realize you ordered the wrong size? We all have, but they don't care. It will hurt your customer service and reviews when you break your customer the news, believe me.
4. I've had wrong shirts sent out that aren't even shirts I carry in my store. 2 weeks later, they have not refunded my money because its the "manufacturer" they use fault, not there's as a service. Absolutely absurd and so unprofessional on so many levels and this was my ultimate breaking point this week.
5. Shipping times are grossly slow. Not one of the services use First Class Mail or Priority. They use UPS ground which takes 1 week, or DHL Express which may be the worst shipping service of all time. Some times takes up to 10 days. Also, do not order from "T-Shirt and Sons" - they don't even offer a TRACKING NUMBER. We're in 2017, are you kidding me? Are you shipping it via a carrier pigeon?
I can guarantee you now that you will receive so many complaints on shipping times it is not even worth it. If someone needs it within 10 days of you placing the order, just refund there money because it won't happen I can ensure you. Even if you pay the upgrade on shipping prices, it won't get there on time (which I've done multiple times and they still ship the same method and pocket the money - I've yet to be refunded this money as well).
Though Printful is a few bucks more per shirt, there platform is EXTREMELY better. Offers various shipping speeds, has multiple centers, and you can even check on the status on your shirt at all times. I thought I'd never make the switch, but they are literally forcing me to with their terrible customer service.
I thought this platform was my new best friend as I have this being used for three different companies, but I will now be removing it from all of them and going with Printful.
Beware - you will refund so many of your customers it's not worth it. This company WILL go out of business if they continue running business this way.
Good luck.
I am overall happy with my experiences with Printify and the help I have received. I would like to suggest that your monthly statement includes profits and margins. As a company that give a % of profits to charitable organisations, having a profit statement would be very helpful. Many thanks
Thank you for sharing your feedback!
We are glad to hear that you like our platform. We will forward your suggestion to our team, hopefully this will be included in the future. Wishing you all the best!
