I am new to Printify and have been running into little issues, and I am sooo tired of reading help articles. So, I was not happy that the Help Bot kept sending me articles to read. However, I understand about controlling call volume. Once I was connected to a live agent, it was smooth runnings. Margie was very helpful and, yes, she did send me links to try (LOL) but somehow I felt better knowing I was talking to a human being. I am pleased with my first time reaching out to Printify.

Customer service is on point. Not only did they answer my questions but they broke down a solution for my problem. 10/10

I encountered some issues with account credentials and creation through Google auto sign up prompts. I wont go into detail, but effectively i created two accounts, one with google auto sign up, and one with my correct email address, and the google account was blocking me from changing my email tied to the account. Very confusing, and a headache.

But I jumped into the virtual help chat and one of the agents, Oscar, was so helpful that he helped me resolve my issue within 30 minutes. 5/5 for the support alone.
