i am only giving a one star cause i cannot give zero stars. this is the worst app that you can ever use. i totally regret ever using this app and you will too. stay away. trust me. use one of the others apps.

Printify is TRASH if you need personalized products. Works fine for regular orders, but the personalized order system is broken and buggy. After following all the instructions (which are contradictory) the personalization only works if I place an order through my own system, not for anyone else. It automatically sends to production the "placeholder" item. And even though I followed all instructions and the Printify technical helpdesk couldn't troubleshoot the problem, Printify wouldn't reimburse for the hundreds of dollars worth of incorrectly printed items. Even if I order myself, it will work for one order and then won't work for another item order placed immediately after. I have to cancel my own orders and re-submit until it allows me to review, edit and manually submit. No matter what settings we've tried, Printify will automatically submit orders that need review/edit/manual submission. Their tech support can't fix it, and they won't reimburse for the incorrect orders their system sends to production. AVOID PRINTIFY FOR ALL PERSONALIZATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pitiful it is taking them 3-4 days to resolve “bug” sold out issue.

Shipping times are ridiculous. Can take over a month to arrive in most locations. Utterly pathetic for such a "renowned brand".
(Update: my order took over 6 weeks to arrive....and I still have to go collect it - Printify is not worth it, an absolute insult to serious business owners)

I recommend having it very clearly obvious that shopify doesn't directly connect to printify for monetary movement, cuz I am dumb and missed that lol.
After a series of serious issues, I do not recommend this junk at all. Never use Printify if you actually care about your business.
