I'm using a different POD on my first site, this time, I tried using Printify just to get how they do.
First, I don't like their customer service. I have tried submitting issues to them 3 times without any reply. My order was placed 1 week and yet, it has not been shipped to the client. I just need to know their TAT so I could message my customer in advance.
Second, I received a feedback from my first customer that the shirt had pale prints.
I'm taking my business to another supplier. Costly, but reliable.
Nothing compares to reduced headache and satisfied customers.

Hi! Thanks for your honest feedback! A success team agent is in touch with you to solve all the communication problems. Meanwhile, we wanted to emphasize that our support team works 24/7 and our response time is under 2h if message reaches us via our official communication channels. Also, products have production time (usually 2-5 business days) and shipping time (starting from 2-5 business days domestically to much more days if sent internationally). We hope this a little bit explains more how we operate and milds some of the communication issues that have been by now.

Over all very good, has good pricing and product selection.

BUT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. ONLY SUPPORT BY EMAIL. THIS COMPANY REALLY NEEDS TO RETHINK THEIR SUPPORT MODEL WHEN THEIR APP BREAKS.

I am on my 10th Misprint in a month out of approx. 20 t-shirts. Vendors are hit or miss. Some do good work others poor work. You pay the price finding out. They do not have a handle on their business. All vendors should do QC on items going out the door. if you can not make a professional product then stop selling defective products. There is no excuse.

Despite our efforts, some issues may still happen, such as misprints or other quality errors. In such cases, we are always trying to make it up to our customers by reprinting or refunding the orders. Our support team has been overwhelmed with requests, this is why they might take longer to respond. Nevertheless, we have notified the responsible team about your request and they will be back to you within the next 24 hours.

I used this app with my Shopify store. I received my first order on 1/16/19 and manually fulfilled it from my Shopify store. On 1/22/19 I emailed a screenshot of the order and inquired about shipment. They instantly passed the blame to me. No apologies for the system not syncing properly and no empathy for my customer waiting for her order. Now it's 1/28/19 and still no word on when the order will be fulfilled. My customer requested a refund and issued it right away.

I would NEVER refer this service to anyone, the customer service is awful! I would guess that there products are awful as well. Either way I deleted their product off of my website. I would rate them a "0"

It is not the best user interface and it is confusing to have to sync its products. I think this is very time consuming. I am in Europe and have my customer group there and my customers are not happy when they order a T-shirt and it goes about 30 days before they get it, even though I have designed a T-shirt in the EU.
But they are good at answering and helping.

Hi! Thanks for your feedback! However, really many merchants appreciate exactly the ease of use and interface of the Printify platform. We would be very glad to hear your thoughts about what exactly could be improved in our interface (please send them to merchantsupport@printify.com). Moreover, we are upgrading our Mockup Generator's interface and functionality in the coming month. Maybe that will fix your feelings about the platform's usability.

Regarding delivery times, t-shirts are currently delivered from the US and UK. That's why it takes some time to get to your customer. If your customers are in Europe, we advise using only a UK print provider. Also, we are connecting more printing facilities in Europe very soon – so, delivery time should significantly improve for t-shirts by this summer.

Update: It has been a week and still have not heard word one from printify. This is absolutely terrible!! We use several other suppliers and we can easily get ahold of them with questions. I am really going to be taking this into consideration on all future products that we launch and unless this crap gets fixed and your customer service becomes existent we will have to look for other providers.

If you want our business give us a call/email ASAP. We should not have to 2ait 2 weeks for this!!!

This is insanity. For one support is taking like 7 days to get back to me. What am I supposed to do here tell my customer to wait 3 weeks for their new order or to jus eat the cost and pay for it again?

2. Printify is somehow merging address line 1 and address line 2 from my Shopify store so every time there is an order with a PO box, apartment #, or business I am getting an error. The worst part is when I get this error it is literally 2 seconds after the item is sent to production which means I can not cancel the order, I can not change the shipping address, and I can not even contact support from the particular order that is having the issue.

I can literally not comprehend why Printify would sent an order to production and then literally 2 seconds later notify me that there is an error with the shipping address that there is no way to fix. Woudln't it make a 1000x more sense to run the shipping address before sending the item to productino so if there is an issue I can just fix it myself rather than wait 2 weeks for their "Support" team to get back to me? What am I supposed to do in the meantime just sit around and get bad reviews on Etsy? Or, do I place a second order and eat the cost? It's a lose lose and Printify someone turned such a simple fix into a nightmare.

We will take into consideration your feedback regarding verifying the address before the order is sent to production and will try to come up with a different solution for the future. Currently, the best way to make any changes to the order that was sent to production is to contact us at merchantsupport@printify.com so our staff can update the shipping address. We are aware of the fact that our customer support may take longer to respond, but we are currently working on this issue as well by doubling the size of our customer support team. We always want to keep our merchants happy, this is why one of our managers will be in touch with you within the next 24 hours to see how we can make it up to you.

Wow this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I set up a Shopify store with Printify late November to sell products visitors of my website. In December 2nd I arranged for a tshirt sample to be sent to myself to ensure that the quality is up to standard before promoting it to my existing customers. This is when things turned bad. January 18th it still had not arrived 6 weeks after ordering a simple tshirt. They shipped it to me without any tracking so we have no idea where in the world the package is. I contacted support they tried to blame the busy holiday period and wanted me to wait until Februay 12th before contacting the local post office and if I still cannot track it down to contact them again. How on earth do they think it is acceptable for a customer to wait more than 2 months for their product to arrive? It has now passed this time I am waiting to see their response. If you care about your companies reputation or dont want to spend your time fielding complaints from your customer and dealing with printify taking no responsibility then I strongly suggest you stay away from Printify. It will create a nightmare for your business.

Love Printify. Some swear that etsy is easy, this makes doing POD a snap. Just like your logo! Love it!

Honestly, at the end of the day, it's not about the app, but the customer service and final product.

I have ordered a few things. Leggings from a vendor that decided not to work with Printify anymore so the customer had to wait an extended time. The second was sample products which the final over the quality of the print material used was seriously lacking. I am looking to find alternatives to make the shirts I design myself.

I've ordered one more sample item and the company printing the hoodie doesn't even provide tracking so I have no idea when it will arrive.
