Great design portal, but everything else about this app sucks. You cannot change your collection image and the descriptions never sync correctly with Shopify. Their customer service is a joke. Their live chat is a rouse and nonexistent. Their product prices are very high as well.
I just finished a chat with your agent, Sofia. My experience could not have been any better. She was knowledgeable, patient, kind, and extremely helpful. When I got confused, she called me on the phone so that she could explain it to me better. I could never have gotten started without her. She's the best. I think you should give her a raise!! Thank you again Sofia for your help.
I just used the app. The customer service team was very helpful and knowledgeable. I just ordered the first sample of their product and haven't received it yet. The UX/UI seems okay but needs a little bit of improvement.

The app itself is easy and great to use. Only a couple of complaints. Shipping for sample orders takes FOREVER. Also, it’s confusing (if it’s even possible at all) to make one design available for multiple articles of clothing without doing it manually. I wish from a clients point of view, that I could select a product and then select which design I want on it. Also, they advertise that your logo can go on the garment tag (inner back neck), but I haven’t seen that option on any of the available products yet.

Regarding inner labels, it is available for particular products and print providers. You see available print area "Neck label" in the product view of the catalog. If you can't find, feel free to ask our support at merchantsupport@printify.com, they will help you out!
I have had a few issues but they were very helpful and concerned about my needs. I appreciate that very much.

Really good app. Would be even better with more fashion forward apparel options.
Very user friendly. Only problem is that shipping costs are far too high. If you're able to print elsewhere and stock items you can ship for a fraction of the cost.

Re:Support, forget it. Well the shipping zones didn't work right, not saying I didn't do something wrong. I contacted their support and the "live" chat says, usually responds within a few hours, ok, let me try anyway. So I reach support by waiting 3.5 hours, explain the problem in detail and they give me a standard setup FAQ. I tell them those steps don't work, wait 15 minutes for them to see this message and 10 more for them respond. They send me another article, I walk through it and tell them it's all done, it takes them 15 minutes to see that message and 10 to respond with a walk through video that is 3 years out of date on the interfaces. I tell them I did the steps in that video anyway by poking around. I am now at almost 5 hours, waiting for them to read my message. I totally expect they will tell me to read something else without reading all the words I wrote. If you think you might EVER need vendor support, do not install this app. I'm still waiting.
