nice app! thank you great support printify!
HORRIBLE!!! I've sent multiple orders into production four days ago and NOTHING!! No movement on them getting produced but WORSE...I can't get anyone to respond to my emails! There's no contact email that is answered (I've emailed their customer care email without response!) so I have 5 orders just sitting there...I can't cancel because noone repsonds!! Don't use this app!
Printify is very good, they have a lot of great products and they do a good job printing them. I think though that they should require their printing partners to be more fair with the shipping costs. When they require fair shipping prices from their print providers such as MWW then they will earn my 5th star. Recently they also got rid of all the jewelry and I had the stuff in my shop but no notifications about it at all. So to recap good but not anywhere near amazing. I personally believe that over charging for shipping in order to gouge the people selling your product is a bad way to do business. So thank you for the reply and I look forward to seeing actual results.
We truly appreciate your feedback. We are already working on improving the shipping costs and we hope that in the near future that costs will be lowered for some specific items. Printify app is easy to work with BUT be aware that fulfillment takes 2-3X longer than what is listed as "average production time" under each product. For example, phone case = 1.64 days production time. ACTUAL is 6+ days fulfillment only after I had inquired about the status with a live chat. Add shipping time ON TOP of that.
To summarize: Expect MINIMUM 4 days to indefinite for fulfillment time during off-peak times. Order at your own risk during the holidays!

I want to thank Alice for restoring my confidence in Printify. My recommendation is to use different printers until you find one that executes your brand downstream to the customer. While i wish their vendors would properly pack and shrinkwrap garments like other POD plugins do, the variety of products is much greater through them. So my problems with Printify have been solved, just having to use different vendors. Its imperative for brands to succeed that the POD companies complete the brand experience, and should demand the execution from all print providers. Polybagging each item instead of throwing multiple shirts in one back is never good when the customer receives it. Its our brand that is on the hook not the POD companies when a customer gets their products all thrown in a bag. I will stay with Printify with hopes their vendors they choose will start taking pride in the downstream print and packaging experience which is the customers first experience when receiving their products.
