The inability to speak with a person makes seemingly small issues march larger. We have to use Gemini, Youtube, and other resources at times to find the answers to our questions. We understand that they want to keep the cost down and having actual customer service reps to answer a call over mundane issues is expensive. Even Google and Meta have live people to help if only to help escalate issues faster or to the appropriate department. Once we have a steady customer base we are going to look into production on our own as Printify doesn't have the customer support we require at times.

I use to think Printify was top of the list. Until, I had to open a new Shopify store. I am unable to integrate the two, for some reason. I have chatted with so many different people with the same response TECHNICAL SUPPORT WILL EMAIL YOU. It's been almost 2 MONTHS!! If ya'll can't fix a simple problem, maybe you should get a new support team. This is not 10-20 products, this is 491 items. I have missed the most important deadline, that i have been paying for on a daily basis, financially and emotionally. I haven't even gotten an update. I feel like my business doesn't even matter to ya'll. I have recommended talked so highly about Printify to so many of my peers to basically be forgotten about. I am so overly disappointed . Let's see if this gets someone's attention.
Of all POD apps out there, this is one of the better ones, there are various print providers (Printify does not do the printing) and of the ones I have used, they do good work.
However, Printify creates the design templates based on specs from print providers (available to download in their product creator/editor) and they are garbage. For example, the template for the 4x4 die cut sticker by Printed Simply (the print provider) is 1207x1206 pixels when the spec is 1200x1200 pixels. IT IS NOT EVEN SQUARE!!!
The app also says to connect my Shopify store in the Printify Dashboard, but it is already connected.
1 star because they cannot even create a basic 1:1 template that conforms to specification and I have had to fix the templates. That is pretty F-ing basic and they cannot even get that right.
Ridiculously slow support response times. I have been waiting 4+ days for a reply to a support ticket related to poor print quality reported by customers. In the meantime, we continue to take orders not knowing if there's a problem with the artwork or the print network providers. They claim 24/7 support, but I think 24/7 is how many days/weeks it may take for a response. How does a business survive in 2026 with customer service this poor?
Sorry you’ve been stuck waiting this long. We understand how important it is to get faster updates, and we always try our best to help as fast as possible. Production process is too slow. I need faster. Not 2-5 days.

After uploading 90+ designs to Printify - then importing to shopify, it turns out they all import as 'out of stock' for every product variant.
After reaching out to support they tell me the only way they know how to fix is to go into each product variant (which my total is now in the 1,000s due to all the colours and sizes) and deselect the 'inventory stored at Printify' setting and change this to your shop location.
Terrible. We trusted this company to provide merchandise for our customers and they did not ship items on time and shipped the wrong items to multiple customers. We've refunded everyone on our end and Printify is not refunding us for their mistakes. I do NOT recommend this app if you care about how your brand looks to customers.

UK store, just doest work at all, even you choose UK providers. When I test to purchase a t-shirt, mug on checkout page, it just keep telling me "Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it's correct and try again, or select a different address."
The support team is even worst, never reply, waste of time. So dont install this app.
I have 8 shopify stores so i have used dozens of apps over the years. I don't often write app reviews but when an app that i'm paying for is especially bad then i think it's worth writing to warn others. I'm happy to back this review with error screenshots, error messages and the faults I have experienced so feel free to message me if interested. The app and support are terrible. Constantly have issues publishing and creating products and the support team never ever knows why. As an example, i have been trying to publish products for three solid days and also on with support and they have absolutely zero idea why nothing is working. Overall it's a very very frustrating app to use.
