Very easy to use. Excellent shirt options
I really appreciate having Printify involved with my business. I've been selling my art for over 20 years and just added t-shirts on to my product line. They're selling very well.
I've used Customer Service a couple times and the people I've dealt with were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Terrible, terrible customer service! I created a few products, and ordered one as a sample to check quality. It has been a MONTH and it hasn't arrived. I've emailed customer service twice, the first time a week ago and nobody has responded. I do not do business that way, expect to be able to provide my customers great service and this company is not even doing that with their retailers!
Easy to Use, love the duplicate feature which allows me to add product to multiple stores. So far one of my samples arrived broken (it was a mug) but i'm not sure if this was the carrier or not. Otherwise, I do love Printify and I'm satisfied with the quality of print on my designs. The trickiest part is pay attention to your dimensions when you upload art, I had trouble with that in the beginning and had to resize artwork to hit "high resolution"

Honestly, at the end of the day, it's not about the app, but the customer service and final product.
I have ordered a few things. Leggings from a vendor that decided not to work with Printify anymore so the customer had to wait an extended time. The second was sample products which the final over the quality of the print material used was seriously lacking. I am looking to find alternatives to make the shirts I design myself.
I've ordered one more sample item and the company printing the hoodie doesn't even provide tracking so I have no idea when it will arrive.
