Had a problem with an Out of Stock item but Janet and Louie made the process of solving it like having a chat with some friends. Everything was fixed quick and easy. Great team.

I sincerely don't know what to write here 'cause Printify, if not perfect, it's on its way to be perfect: HYPER-SUPER-EASY to use, integrates with Shopify more than smoothly, the support is simply AWEEESOOOME and in the remote case you find a bug they come to you and say "Hey, you're right. We've fixed it and we appreciate your effort to report it to us." Proceed with no doubt: install, integrate, and use Printify. ;)

Had no idea what I was doing and Printify made that a non-issue. Everything integrates well with Shopify, they have a great range of options to go with for your products, and their support is quick and helpful if you have any issues. Shipping costs would have been a headache without their calculator. The only work I had to do on the Shopify side of things, was to delete all the shipping rates/zones and add the Printify calculator to handle it all for me instead.

Just received a large sample order, and unfortunately 5 items in that order had some print issues. I used the submit issue option in the order screen to send these issues in for review. I expected it to be a couple days, but it was more like a couple minutes! Printify's support team is AMAZING! They helped resolve 4 out of 5 issues within 30 minutes. One item is just awaiting confirmation, then I'm sure it will be resolved. I couldn't ask for better service! Thank you Printify and your great team! Other than that, love the platform and the variety of options. As a Canadian user, I also appreciate that there are Canadian print providers. Wish some of those providers offered a couple more color options, and items, but other than that I can't complain.

ILove the ease of the app and the assortment of available product. I have tried several POD platforms and Printify is now in my TOP 3!

I have not ordered samples yet but find the process of loading products to the site very easy and I would recommend it. I have been looking for a drop shipper to print our artwork and this was so easy.
