Kali and Jace from Printify have been among the awesome customer service people I have worked with. They have all been so helpful and patient with us while we have been putting our Shopify Store online.

I have gotten the majority of my POD products from Printify and did a test order which was shipped on time and the quality was perfect! I look forward to working with Printify for a long time;)

This app presents some challenges... printing things correctly can sometimes be off depending on the printer you've chosen. Some of the ink at certain shops can be thin. I had a red shirt with a white logo and all the white was red... but a representative got a hold of me to fix the issue. I'd say it's important to talk with the support in order to fix any sample print problems.

An absolute horror show. If you want to lose money and ruin your reputation with your customers this is the go to place. First I had someone order a few shirts and I had Printify do the job. The customer ordered shirts with skulls on them only to wind up getting Christmas sweaters with cats on them in the mail for the holidays that we do not even carry. Nice work Printify. Now to the latest screw up -Customer orders six shirts, I place the order through Prinify and they say the design is not centered when it clearly is as they have already printed the shirt in the past. I responded within an hour and told them they were wrong and to go ahead and print it and I have been ignored for 3 days now with an angry customer wanting a refund, more lost money and more lost customers. Do yourself a favor and use anyone but this company, What a joke!

Printify exceeded their promise on shipping. I got my two coffee mug samples in the mail in just two or three days in spite of Printify telling me the sample set (first set) can take 5- 7 days to ship (rather than the normal 3 - 5 days) since they have to review them for quality. I am so impressed with how nice the mugs are! They are absolutely beautiful. The speed of delivery gives me confidence to move forward with promoting these on my website. Great going Printify - I'm so glad you joined the Shopify community!

I decided to give Printify another shot after they (twice) delivered my product to the wrong address last Summer. On top of that, it took them several days to respond to my support requests. But since that was almost a year ago, and they do have a good catalog, I decided to give them another chance.

Unfortunately, not much seems to have changed. Several times over the last few weeks, the app has displayed a message: Printify users are very active right now. We have received your submission and placed you in a queue. In fact, this happened again at 1:30 this afternoon - hardly a peak time for uploading. It's now 11 pm, and none of the products that I uploaded have gone through. If Printify gets overwhelmed with simple uploading, then how do they handle all other aspects of their business? I gave them another chance because everyone makes mistakes, and I hoped that they'd gotten better. Unfortunately, not much seems to have changed.
