Customer service is awful. Sent three emails asking one simple question. And I'm still waiting for someone to respond back.

There was some kind of mix-up, but they did respond to all of my email. I'm still not sure why I didn't get them (maybe there's something wrong with my email). But when they saw I wasn't responding to their emails and left a poor review, they called me. I was glad to see that they really care about their customers.
I can't wait to get started!!!!!!!!!!!
Pretty good! My new cat shop shop Curious Kitties ( https://curious-kitties.myshopify.com ) uses Printify for its orders. I've just started out but its going well so far.
So far so good, it's very quick and easy to use and the merch looks neat. I would recommend this. Compared to other print on deman apps that I have experienced, this is one of the best.
UPDATE - now I have 3 orders just this week that were screwed up. Customers got the wrong shirts and the one below mentioned shirt was stained.
A shirt made it to the customer covered in stains from the printing process and I was only refunded the cost of the shirt and shipping/handling, but yet had to issue a full refund to the customer. I emailed their team and was told "We are not refunding the retail costs of orders as it is against our Terms of Service or Merchant Protection policy"... so basically we don't care that we screwed up, you lost your profit, and got a bad review over our error. READ their policies carefully before using them!! Losing the money isn't what hurt me the most, it was the principle of the situation and how it was handled.
This is a genius app. It takes all of the setup and logistics load off of your shoulders and lets you focus on marketing and selling your products.
I really love this app, great idea guys!!
I have tried a few artworks on the Printify, so far I love the app. So easy to learn how to use. Only problem is the app doesn't let me to choose my own variants
After my last order ships I will be cancelling. I just opened my store and have had items lost in shipment, 2 customers waiting over a month for their products, 2 reprints on orders for quality. This affects the reputation of my startup and this is totally unacceptable fulfillment. I will be finding another POD distributer.
