Good selection although printing quality is sub-par. I have a customer currently waiting 3 months for their order. I am located in North America

I'm updating my previous review because the upgrade fixed some of the complaints I've had with their design system.Like being able to make the pricing uniform across colors and sizes. Yay for listening!

It's much easier to use now but there are still things that could use work - like the Leave a Message button to contact them is right on top of the save button.

The Tag issue still needs work. Every other program can separate by tabs but this one requires hitting Return instead and you cannot copy and paste which is a big pain to have to retype tags on similar products.

The upgrade also wiped out all of the Tags I had added in Shopify so now I have to go back and retype every single tag again (see lack of copy and paste feature above) but I am glad to see they are improving their app. I hope it continues.

This really is the best print on demand app on Shopify. Its easy to use, they don't charge you $10 to upload a design like a certain other app does, their product selection is great. The whole process of getting everything set up is smooth. I am a fan.

Constantly having problems. First Printify changed in such a way that color swatches disappeared- it took my team almost a week to fix, with Printify unable to identify the problem. Now out of the blue when you try to save just the description to Shopify, Printify is overwriting everything, titles, mockups, etc. Their constant issues are causing us 100’s of hours of repeated work, and resulting in delays in opening our store - thus causing their print providers to lose sales. We may have to put in 100’s more hours and more away from printify. They don’t do the printing, only provide an interface- and if they can’t reliably offer that, then they have nothing!

I love Printify! Lots of items to choose from. Great, low prices. Fantastic customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a perfect print-on-demand company.

I don't usually do rating. But this needs to be highlighted. I have sent a few emails to you guys on a lost parcel which my customer has been waiting since months. Printify sent a confirmed notification of shipping on April 25, and now it's June 26! It has been a good 2 months, totally no reply, no news, nothing. You need to rectify this!

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Our colleague has already gotten back to you asking to confirm whether the customer has checked in with their post office. I used this app to create printed T-shirts. But 4 of 4 test orders came with problems. 3 with print defects, 1 absolutely wrong item. The only positive thing, that they reprint all of them for free and almost with no questions.
