Stick with printful and printful only. they ship garbage it takes forever and they don't care at all , gross money hungry company with no morals

Really great app. Haven't seen or sold any of the products yet. However, creating them is a smooth process, & lots of choice.

Only negative is that there could be some easy access customer support - especially live chat or something. Have needed that a couple of times...

I have used this app for months - I sell HUNDREDS of items monthly. I was pretty happy with them until the last month. I understand that times have changed however they are not able to keep to even a 14 day turn around on most orders. When I ask for a refund for orders I am told that is not the policy. If you can't provide a service then the end consumer should be able to get a FULL refund.

Unfortunately after how they have handled the month of April I doubt I will use them ever again.

We apologise for the fulfilment delays, but as we all are in a crisis situation, our print providers had to reduce the head count per shift for safety reasons, thus, they are experiencing order overloads. Nevertheless, we assure you that fulfilment times will get back to normal in the near future; meanwhile, one of our managers will be in touch with you within the next 24 hours to see how we can make things right for you.

Awesome APP, do the job for you. My only concern is about the support. I consider it very slow and this is very important when you are outsourcing services.

After my last order ships I will be cancelling. I just opened my store and have had items lost in shipment, 2 customers waiting over a month for their products, 2 reprints on orders for quality. This affects the reputation of my startup and this is totally unacceptable fulfillment. I will be finding another POD distributer.

Not a bad. I wished they had a different layout on their products or more in depth of the products such as being able to categorize.
