Printify: Print on Demand

On October 2, I ordered a sample of a holiday product we planned to offer this season. It had still not arrived on October 27, and I wrote to Printify Support. At this point I've been waiting three days for a response, and there has been none.

There was only one print provider offered (in Canada) for this particular product, so we had no choice but to use them. They supposedly shipped the product from Canada via DHL on October 7, but it has been MIA since then.

I clearly can't put our customers' money at risk during the busiest shopping season of the year by offering a product delivered by an unreliable shipper. Now I'm having to scramble at the last minute to cancel the product release this weekend and modify all of the pre-scheduled social media and advertising.

. . .and still not a peep from Printify.

Don't waste your money. I loved printify last year, but now they revamped the entire interface. I could not connect to Shopify after repeated tries. Provided the error to the support staff and they could not fix it. I paid in advance $300+ for premium and no connection to Shopify! I had to link their store to my shopify. There are no REFUNDS, so beware. I could not connect to eBay or connect to ETSY. Etsy kept rejecting the automatic titles they generated and there was no way to fix this. I am beyound upset.

I am not tech savvy, but, once I played around with it, it's really easy. I like the color options for most of the garments, although do your research on different brands of base shirts--different designs look better on some fabric types over others, so use a mix to best represent your art!

Love the integration to Shopify as well--makes this super easy for me. Very happy for the price point.
