Some of the quickest customer service I've experienced was from Jose at Privy. We had one minor issue and it was isolated and then rapidly resolved. This app has also helped tremendously with gaining new customers and customer outreach.
Pretty easy to use and when I had an issue, they fixed it quickly with no problems
Privy is a great tool to enhance your shopify store. It has many features and integrates with many popular apps. Their support team is amazing and they'll make sure you get the best possible solutions.

Unfortunately, we are experiencing issues with the pop-up during Black Friday, and the first-line support team doesn’t seem willing to fully understand the problem or take the time to resolve it. It’s been over 48 hours, and all we’ve heard so far is: “Yes, the pop-up appears.”
We are already aware that the pop-up appears, but what we need is an analysis of *why* it is showing up more than 1,000 ...

I had high hopes for this $40 app, but it was a complete disappointment. First, their live chat button didn’t work when I needed help. When I finally got a response from Alex, they suggested hopping on a call—but I’ve done that before, and it was just a sales pitch to get me to upgrade. I asked if this call would actually help solve my issue, but Alex never replied.
The app ended up conflicting ...
Have really enjoyed the app. The support team has been super helpful. I just spent about 35 minutes with Jose helping me through some of the issues I was having. Still early days in my use but highly recommend.
