This app is not my favorite. It isn't easy to understand or to manipulate within the designs. It is kind of confusing why you can't move the verbiage to any part of the photo within the designs. It just isn't working for me!

Don't get this product, the worst.
I used exit email capture in a few weeks and then it just crashed and got messy on my site. I wrote to them and send the screenshot to them. But i got not any support at all. Instead some seller tried to sell a subscription on me. I will never pay for something that does not work.
Well you keep hounding me to rate this app and i have not had time to look the app over . so 1 star for now need to slow down give us a day or two to explore your app

It has hidden costs, which I find unacceptable as lack of transparency and it does not seem to load the necessary data from shopify
The app should have the option to change the campaings for the "sign ups". Also it would be great if you adapt the app to different languages like spanish, it will be very useful.

I would like to be able to speck with an actual person. Currently I work a full time job and by the time I get off work there is no one there. I did try to sit up an appointment for call during my lunch hour with Rick Butler at 11:15 on 1/20/20. Never got a call. Also email and left message on your site via chat. Horrible customer service experience!

Daylight robbery, I signed up to pay $20 USD and on my last statement paid $70 USD. No invoice to indicated where the hell these extra charges came from. Do not use this service, in fact be careful about what's apps in general you use on Shopify, a lot of them are sketchy.
