A nice tool. Easy to set up. Not a ton of emails gathered yet, but we're a new site. Hopefully will be better as we grow
It is a good app. this app was suggested by my friend
Just got it! Will review later.

it is kind of complicated. ask for to much, should be made a lot more user-friendly. still trying to figure out how to send out emails.
Thanks for the feedback and sorry about the issues you are experiencing. Please send us an email at support@privy.com and the team will give you a hand as soon as possible!
Great minus one small feature they do not have which I found quite big for my business. The email that is sent out once someone signs up for newsletter/ campaign comes from an @privy email instead of your own so if people decide to respond or ask a question it would not go to you.
Not many features available with FREE version & the PAID plans are cost-prohibitive for small businesses.
I use this app a lot but it is not mobile friendly at all. Pages cover links and it’s almost impossible to use on mobile device which is where I do a lot of my work.
It's ok. Strange quirks. Difficult to set up parts of it. Price is right so you get what you pay for. The tech support is knowledgable.

To be honest, it's a fantastic app, I can't fault it. Support is also great and previously I rated it 5 stars. However, I'm giving them 3 stars now as their new pricing structure is way overpriced. Previously it was FREE with an option to upgrade for more features and branding removal. Now they are essentially forcing long term customers to pay for this previously free services, as it's now based on page views instead. So I'm out.... I've found another provider.
Privy, I understand that pricing structures have to change from time to time but perhaps you could have started with something a little more cost effective for your customers. Perhaps restricting the number of forms and functions available on the free plan would have been a better idea instead. Then you can simply add more forms and functions on a set of new paid plans, so customers can decide what plan suits them based on what they need and can afford.
I like the app. I am just not sure if it is helping me.
