Privy ‑ Pop Ups, Email, & SMS

Great features! Has boosted our outreach to customers and helped retain sales from prospects. Wish we could have email report mailed to multiple users, seems expensive to upgrade subscription. Agree the service should be Free with our Shopify subscription, it pairs nicely.

Great app. Everyone should download. It is a very helpful and efficient app to grow your customer list.

I like this app because it's easier to set up and understand! Most of the other email apps are very complicated and I never know which emails are being sent where....Privy has a number of good looking templates and an abandoned cart email option that really helps with sales.

Easy to get started with, too early to say how well it works versus my old pop-up but a big plus was that it was completely reformattable to match my website, colours and fonts etc which was a plus

Great app, however it's a bummer that the app goes from free to $24/ month. It would be nice if we could unlock a few of the extras without such a spike, as the Shopify apps and shop already add up.

Emily was great in helping me. They are responsive and provide excellent customer service. The app is wonderful and I recommend it to everyone.
