Super easy to set up! Had it going within minutes, then used their simple tools to customize it to match our branding. Spent a few more minutes and added some automated email replies. Yet, there's still more which we can do and will be looking into. Great experience and it's working awesome. Definitely recommend it.

This app is pretty cool. They provide a lot for it being free and I would recommend to all those with an ecommerce web business.

It is very easy to use and self explanatory. A simple app for someone who is new to Shopify. There is also step by step instructions given when you first install the app.
