I downloaded the app yesterday & so far so good. It's easy to use & syncs with MailChimp, which is great!
My 4th site with Privy, support is very fast, simple to set up just a few bugs here and there which are probably operator error. All in all a great plugin.
Really good for contact gathering
Our advice would be to check out the other 1 star and 2 star reviews. We have over paid for this app after cancelling for 12 months. A total of $1680. No recourse at all from this company , just "Its in our Terms & Conditions"

Our billing team has checked and can confirm no overpayment took place. In this case, we see you spoke to our billing team and let us know you forgot to cancel your account a year ago. We made an exception here and refunded the payments since your last login, which was 4 months ago. This app is very good! It allowed me to create some beautiful designs for the exit wheel, which helps to increase conversions!

Easy to use and email sign ups have gone through the roof.
Good app, with pretty good customization. Great for email collection and exit popup. Good that its free...A little annoying that it make you complete a review in order to complete your account setup.
