Does exactly what you need: setup an email collector for mailchimp and such. Could be more customizable with facebook liking/twitter following but hey, it's free and works well.
easy to navigate and understand as well as easy to follow and use. Its made my life so much easier and saved me heaps of money!!!

very easy and great app to use
very quick and easy to create a pop up form on your shopify site.
So easy to use and works fantastic. It has settings to make it operate discreetly without driving my visitors crazy. Interfaces with my pro e-mail service seamlessly! I also like the fact the app developer is ready to help when and if you need it.
So far so good. Everything seems fairly straightforward.
