Privy ‑ Pop Ups, Email, & SMS

i have not used it enough to give a fair judgement yet

I am okay with it collecting email contacts for me but it serves no purpose if i am unable to contact my potential customers if all i can do is see their info but can not contact them. Please fix this problem. I don't feel I should have to upgrade to just send out thank you emails or promotional deals to their emails.

the app is good but I am just so annoyed by their review requests every few seconds. I pay for it, let me get to work ... ?!

It shows up in my editor, but isn't showing up when I open the live page. It seems like it would be pretty great if I could get it to work. If I do manage to get it working, I'll add a star or 2, but right now it just isn't doing what it is supposed to do.

Cool tool but limited functionality on the free plan, I was just looking for something easy to use on my online store as it gets started. Not happy with the forced branding.
