Privy ‑ Pop Ups, Email, & SMS

The app a seamless design and looks quite good, however, I'm struggling on some simple things such as sending out an email to my existing customers from Shopify Customers. Maybe I'm doing something wrong so I think it's a little early to give any negative review. Maybe a suggestion would be to have helpful tips to tell you how to go about a said section of the site.

This app is awesome! It is easy to use and has a step by step process to getting everything done. I would recommend to anyone with a small business.

Beware - you will get ripped off! Signed up for a $15 per month plan because I only needed popups. Several months later, I see a $60 charge on my account. I contacted support to ask them about this, and they said they had sent an email out (which I never received) which said that their pricing tiers were changing based on the amount of customer emails. Very underhanded and shady if you ask me, and I'm sure this happened to a lot of people. I've canceled my account and will never deal with them again.

Easy to use with lots of templates

So easy, by far the easiest and most easily customizable pop-up I've found.

I just downloaded it, not sure if it will work for me or not yet. I do enjoy how easy it is to setup
