free tool, with really lot of options, frankly reccomend

Easy to follow and create pop up forms.
Easy to use and design in-line with the style of the website. Easy to integrate with the mailing list provider (MailChimp in this case). Nice to use.

Privy has been so easy to use! Designing the template is easy and looks way better then other email pop-ups! Love that I can alter my design whenever I want easily and quickly plus exporting the customer list is fast and easy!
