Frustrating to work with and expensive. I wouldn;t recommend this app anymore. It used to be a lot easier to use.
-0 As I transitioned from Klayvio to embark on my journey with Privy, I encountered a disappointing customer service experience during a Zoom meeting. Despite my simple request for assistance in porting my contacts from Klayvio, it seemed my concerns were overlooked due to my limited contact list. The representative agreed to port my contacts on the same day but was unable to guide me on the process from Klayvio. Despite two follow-up emails, I received no response. This subpar customer service experience has led me to reconsider signing up with Privy, as it appears they prioritize businesses with over 10,000 contacts. I am now seeking recommendations for alternative companies with better customer service. Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
They changed their pricing plan and are no longer an affordable option for their niche (small businesses). It was a VERY big jump in price with only one paid plan to choose from. Now I'm scrambling to find something else, transfer all my contacts, rebuild all my sequences and emails. It's an expensive mess. Meanwhile, they paused all my campaigns, so my welcome series campaign that happens to be blowing up (we're talking thousands of adds) is paused right in the middle. Horrible what they have done.

I want to like this app, but it's overwhelming in just finding out how to work the editor for customizing. It would be nice if they directed me to relevant tutorials so I don't have to watch endless youtube videos that still don't answer my qustions.
I just started using this app, I cannot give a review at this time. When i have used it for a while then you may get a review, Unfair to ask for one before I could had a chance to use it.
Extremely Dissatisfied.
I upgraded my account in order to send abandon cart emails, I did so and I am still unable to send abandon cart emails. I was also over charged for my subscription.
I have now been trying to get in contact with Privy for nearly 2 weeks via both their online support and multiple emails on there contact page and still have had no response.
The worst customer service, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I heard that Privy is selling emails that are captured to 3rd parties. Also slowing down website greatly. Deleted immediately ,
After using this app for under a year, they announced they would not longer support shopify! Why in the world would they do that when so many people use the app!

You may have seen our emails about Mailchimp and Shopify's integration going away, but Privy's integrations with both remain 100% intact. wont leave me alone and cant figure out how to make a pop up for email list
I just installed the app and trying to figure it out. I have no relative opinion at this point. Time will tell.
