Easy to instal and the support is great - they respond quickly in my experience. The ability to configure pop-ups, slide ins, etc in pretty much any way you want is good as well as the overall flexibility of design options. Everything is easy to use and nicely laid out. I really like how many details and options you can customize on the free version. Once my shop gets up and running I will surely look into upgrading my account.
