did what i wanted and more without the headache, i tried nearly all the other popup apps, either they worked on pc and not on mobile or had some stupid membership plans to make it work on both, Privy made it all work and look great with their simple to use popup builder, looks perfect on desktop and phone.

Very easy set up. App is immediately placed on site with basic format. Can be edited to you liking.
